I'm eating "real food" now! I was searching for recipes to help my with gout. I had several flareups last year, then the worst flareup was around March of this year.

The throbbing pain was so bad I literally couldn't move my ankle.  I felt like I had a friend that was guiding me through the process. The photography is beautiful. By the way, I have not had any more flareups this year. In addition to helping with gout, I have been able to cut my blood pressure medicine in half. (I'm also drinking a lot more water).

I'm sure you hear of stories like mine every day. Keep doing what you're doing. You present more than just a bunch of recipes. You present a great way of life from a food perspective.

I got the month meal plan about a year ago, and it has become a staple in my life. I was looking for a different way of cooking healthier, adding more grains, keeping my veggies up and looking for alternative protein sources than meat. This meal plan provided exactly that. The recipes are easy to follow and absolutely delicious.

When I have a busy week, I can run to the grocery store, pull up the list on my phone, and I am set for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the week. This is the biggest strength of this program. I love these recipes, know they are healthy and it's presented in a way that I can organize 21 meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for a busy week.

My husband has lost 18 kilos. Normalised his cholesterol and had reached his ideal BMI. I’m a bit behind him, but getting there. The recipes are easy and tasty. Grocery shop reduced by $100, (but that was back in March ‘22. All that on sweets and cakes. Thank you Medmunch!

We're enjoying the simplicity of the recipes and that they are quick to make. Just had guests for dinner last night and made the peach and chicken fusion accompanied by lemon protein rice. Everyone raved about the food.
