Lebanese Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 800 g chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 80 g tahini
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a tablespoon of water until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with additional salt and pepper.
